Taxes made easy
NUMA specializes in tax solutions for small domestic and foreign-owned companies, startups, and individuals from every corner of the world
WE UNDERSTAND YOUR NEEDS
Created for small businesses and individuals
If you’re company generates less than $20 million USD in revenue or is getting started, at NUMA we can help you be tax compliant.
Our company started as a foreign owned business that converted into a domestic company after our founder became a US permanent resident.
We’ve been through the journey of complying with taxation when the owners are internationals, as well as when the owner lives in the US (completely different requirements).
Since we’ve personally experienced both worlds, we can guide you depending on your current business needs to save you time and money along the way (we already made the mistakes so you don’t have to).
US TAXATION MADE EASY FOR YOU
Not a CPA? No problem!
US taxation might be complex and difficult to understand. Since running and growing your business is already a full time job, let us take the tax burden off your shoulders and help you keep your company compliant with the IRS to avoid any unwanted fines.
Our team of CPA’s and taxation experts review your business structure, location, operations and future expansion desires in order to keep your company compliant with current and future regulations that may impact your business.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS ARE WELCOMED
Do you live outside of the US?
Most CPA’s in the US don’t understand international clients or how US taxation applies to them. We often see cases of international clients that were told to pay thousands in taxes or sold on services that they really didn’t need, due to wrong advice or inexperience from their advisor.
We serve international clients across different industries such as e-commerce, Amazon FBA, dropshipping, consulting, content creators, software companies, and many more.
Our goal is to help you take advantage of the tax benefits foreign owned companies in the US have access to, so you can save more money and reinvest it in growing your business.

We serve small businesses with less than $20 million USD in revenue that are incorporated in the United States, owned either by USÂ residents or by foreign internationals.
Our core offering is geared towards digital businesses such as E-commerce (Amazon FBA, dropshipping, Shopify), content creators, service providers, saas solutions, consulting, and many variants of the digital economy.
If you are not a citizen or resident of the United States, and you don't have an office or employees in the country, and lack the connection called ETBUS, all LLC income is reported to the IRS but is exempt from income tax.
If you sell on platforms like Amazon FBA or receive payments through gateways like Stripe or Square, you will also enjoy tax benefits on those earnings.
Moreover, even if you have clients within the United States who pay you or receive local deposits, as long as you don't have this tax connection, your LLC won't be obligated to pay taxes in the United States.
If you create a Corporation, this type of company is subject to paying taxes in the United States.
If you are a U.S. resident, you won't have this tax benefit that foreigners do, but our team has the ability to support you with declarations and guide you to legally reduce the taxes in your filing.
The US government has several requirements for international entrepreneurs. Failing to file one of these forms might cause for fines of $25,000.
Also, depending on the type of business, you might be needed to present an individual tax return and obtain an individual tax identification number called ITIN (we can help with this as well).
This is why our team reviews your information and business model, so we can guide you in what's applicable to your business and not spend unnecessarily.Â
Tax deadlines are in March and April of every year, so we ensure to have everything up to date before deadlines to avoid any inconvenient.
US businesses owned by US residents convey different set of reporting as well as filings. Even though fines are different that for internationals, it's important to file everything in due form within the time given by the IRS, to avoid any tax complications with severe penalties for domestic entrepreneurs.
