76. What is a Lease Agreement, and in which state can I have it?

A Lease Agreement is a rental contract that the LLC signs, providing the LLC with exclusive space within a physical building. Your LLC can be formed in any state to enter into a Lease Agreement.

77. What is a Utility Bill?

A Utility Bill is an invoice for public services such as water, electricity, gas, internet, landline phone, etc., contracted directly with the service provider.

78. If I sign a Lease Agreement in the name of my LLC, will you provide a Utility Bill in the name of my LLC?

No, the Lease Agreement does not include a Utility Bill in the name of the LLC.

79. Do you offer a Utility Bill in the name of my LLC?

No, this is something you must obtain on your own.

80. Do you offer a U.S. phone number for my LLC?

No, this is a service you need to obtain on your own.

81. Do you recommend solutions like TrueLease?

82. Can I use a PO BOX as my business address?

No.

83. If I have a Lease Agreement, does it create a tax nexus in the U.S. for my LLC?

No.

5.2 Corporation Formation

84. Can I form a corporation with your services?

Yes, we can help you create a corporation in the state of your choice.

5.3 Resale Certificates

85. What is a resale or reseller tax certificate?

It is a certificate that establishes that the products purchased by your LLC are for resale, thus exempting them from sales tax.

86. When do I need a reseller tax certificate?

When purchasing products in the U.S. that are intended for resale in your business.

87. Do you help obtain a reseller certificate?

No, we do not offer that service.

5.4 Immigration Services

88. How can I move to the U.S. if I already have my LLC?

We can refer you to a trusted immigration attorney for advice, as each case is different and there are many ways to legally migrate to the U.S.

5.5 Document Access and Management

89. What is the date of incorporation for my LLC, and where can I find it?

The date of incorporation is the date your LLC was legally formed. Depending on the state where the LLC was formed, this information can be found in the document called the Articles of Organization, Electronic Articles of Organization, or Certificate of Formation.

90. Do I need to pay anything additional if I exceed the free correspondence limit at the address provided?

Yes. LLCs are entitled to 3 pieces of free correspondence annually. After this limit is exceeded, an additional fee must be paid to receive any extra correspondence.

Physical mail forwarding to your country must always be paid separately, and the cost will depend on the shipping method you choose.

91. How can I view my LLC documents in my account with you?

92. If Amazon requests a "proof of address or utility bill" in the name of my LLC, can you provide it?

No, we do not offer that service.

93. Can you provide a sample invoice for use with my LLC?

Yes.

5.6 General Business Operations

94. If I live abroad, do I need to file tax reports in the country where I reside even if I have an LLC in the U.S.?

You should consult with a tax expert or accountant in your country, as we do not offer accounting or tax advisory services.

95. Can I receive payments in other currencies, such as euros, with my LLC?

Yes, if you open an account with a payment gateway that supports payments in euros or other currencies.

96. As a resident of Spain, do I need to register as a self-employed individual if I have Spanish clients?

97. Can I have a physical business abroad and invoice it with the LLC?

The LLC does not restrict billing; you need to check locally if this would cause any issues in your country.
